Intermittant Stabbing Pain In Upper Left Side Of Abdomen... In

intermittant stabbing pain in upper left side of abdomen... in the front...every few minutes. Started as left back pain a few hours ago -- dull ache...thought i might have pulled a muscle. back still aches and occasionally the stab is felt more in the back left abdomen rather the front .stomach not unusually tender to palpate. no other symptoms at all.(58y/o white Female)
