Intervertebral Disc Space Narrowing At L1 & L2 Plus Mild

intervertebral disc space narrowing at L1 & L2 plus mild chronic compression fractures at superior vertebral body endplates of L1 L2 & L5 plus intervertebral disc space narrowing and facet arthropathy L5-S1 in constant pain no insurance please tell me what I can do 2 ease the pain..for the life of me I do not know what I did 2 get it this way, no wrecks no falls.
