Is A Sinus And Ear Infection With Pseudomonas Putida Dangerous

is a sinus and ear infection with pseudomonas putida dangerous if left untreated for 4 to 5 month -
I was on zithromax and zinnat and then dicloxacillin in a 3 week period - because of severe folliculitis
then I developed a sore outer ear canal which over months became a peri auricular pain, tinnitus , temple headache, retro orbital pain mastoid/occipital pain which has persisted now for more then a year -

I had doxycyclin after 5 months illness with the above symptoms and it seemed fine but then the symptoms returned a fortnight after the end of that first therapy then followed 3 weeks on Lymecyclin it helped but did meanwhile I was on the therapy but after the syptoms returned once again - and I was on a 8 weeks Lymecyclin therapy - in the end it did not do any for me and I had fungus infections and thus stopped the treatment - I am now on the 6 month without any therapy except strong vitamin C and D3 and a multi vitamin complex and probiotic tablets 16 billions IE per day but the symptoms persist although they have subsided somewhat I am still on a daily basis affected and annoyed and prevented to work as my job is as an airlinepilot - WHAT TO DO ?
