is it normal for a man's testicles to go above his pelvic bone during an erection, mainly before ejaculation? also my penis becauses rather engorged during it's erect state, becoming 9-10 inches, but flaccid my penis is roughly 3. my testicles however do not hang they are very small and tight. I have never felt normal and wondered if I was leaning towards being sterile.
