Is It Normal To Have Residual Pain In The Head,

is it normal to have residual pain in the head, around eye and mouth ( only if touched) after having bells palsy. i also have slightly reduced sight in affected eye and it waters sometimes. i have had 85% recovery which i am ok with, but just wondered about the pain?
