Is My Constant Headache Related To My Rls? Now I

is my constant headache related to my rls? Now I have spasms in both my arms, Needless to say sleep is almost impossible, I do take ropinirole 1mg three times a day. This now is not effective. Why is this getting worse? I am female and age 66. What else can be done? I will see my Dr. next week, but would like your opinion.
