Is There Any Possibility My Uloric And Colcryst Can Skyrocket

is there any possibility my uloric and colcryst can skyrocket my triglycerides, chloresterol and a1c, over a period of 2 months being on them ? before taking uloric and colcryst my numbers were all in range and my a1c was 7 now its 10. have not changed eating habits. had lost 20 lbs before hand now in the two months have gained 7 back. also my tsh # went up .
