i have a rash on my right hand just below the thumb. I've had it for about 3 weeks now. it consists of blisters, dry yellowish scab like flakes and alternating between extreme itching and pain. i have used peroxide which foams and burns sometimes, hydro-cortisone cream (trying to relieve the itching), and i have the best results when i seal it with a neosporin bandage. Any idea's? It was extremely itchy and and painful tonight.
