It Has Been 45 Days Since My Last Period, Which

it has been 45 days since my last period, which was august 25th. I am sexually active and use the pull out method, a couple days before I was supposed to start my period in sept. I had light pink spotting and since then no sign of blood. on and off every other week my breasts will be super sore, and I get light cramps now and again, but just today I wiped and had light brown/clearish discharge. whats going on? am I pg ?
