It Started Early This Morning While I Was Sleeping I

it started early this morning while i was sleeping i had a pain like someone squeezing my left chest area. i took an asprin then later i had a headache. the pain has come and gone most of today. i took a nap for an hour with no symptoms. after dinner i started getting the sharp pain again. it only last for a minute or so. if i press my hand to my chest it seems to help. i had cardio exams last december and everything was normal.
i don't feel sick, but do have a hot flash every so often. i am 76 years old. should i take another asprin?
