It Started With A Big Red Bump On My Inner

it started with a big red bump on my inner right bicep...it turned into a bunch of small red bumps. almost looks like a rash. 2 days later and now it's on my left and right inner bicep. they are very itchy. it seems to be spreading down both arms. I've always had really smooth skin. also...not sure if it's related but every couple days I'm getting a big bump in the corner of my right eye...where the tear duct would be. never had anything like it before. it gets really big within a couple days...then gets smaller and it's gone for a day or 2 then comes back.
