Its About A Month I Have Shingles Lots Of Pain

its about a month i have shingles lots of pain on my stomach starts from billy button going to my left side towards my spine 5 inches wide my Doc. prescribed Acyclovir 400mg , 3 times @ day ; Gabapentin 300 mg capsule 2 times @ day ;Acyclovir 5% Ointment ; i am 65 taking tylenol 2 caps morning & 2 caps at night & for 2 hours less pain after wards again pain starts .
Please tell me what should i do to stop the pain ?
