It's Been Days Since I Am Having These Pain In

it's been days since i am having these pain in right thigh muscles which gets worse during nighttime..there's these pricking sensation lasting for few secs..and the pain is so severe that i am not able to lay in supine position..please kindly tell me the reason for such pain
