Its Few Weeks Now 1) Have Pain In My Lower

its few weeks now 1) have pain in my lower back specially near the tail bone (if i said it correctly) pain in my hip area and pelvic. 2) going to pee frequently in the day and nights too, went to my family doctor did xrays and ultrasound. Nothing of concern said he but I am still having the 2 issues.
