Its My Husband 67 Years Old. He Is Been Throwing

its my Husband 67 years old. He is been throwing up at leasr 5 times a week... anything can trigger it.. he is never hungry and most of the time he is nusious... he was checked out by dr s and had just about every kind of test taken... he is been taking 10 or so pills a day but he can never keep them down... he even had the egg test done well started to but he throw it up after 45 minutes so they sent him home. He is losing weight bc cant keep his food down.... really need help
