Iv Had UTIs My Whole Life And Never Known Iv

iv had UTIs my whole life and never known iv had them till i got a kidney infection. i also have a history of kidney and gulblater stones im 25. today i started feeling crampy when i tried to pee i almost couldnt and it was painfull than i noticed that i have blood in my urine pressure in my bladder as well as the sensation that my bladder is ectreamly full. i litterally have to pee every two seconds. and i seem to be passing what looks like blody tissue when i pee.....
