ive been coughing up light phlegm for about 3 weeks. Today i took a Mucinex DM, had 2 glasses of wine and took a nap as i was tired. Im now up and though im breathing, i feel like im not taking deep breaths and i find myself holding my breath... Im not sure how to describe it
