Ive Been Getting Really Bad Headaches,ones Ive Never Felt Before,

ive been getting really bad headaches,ones ive never felt before, it almost to not sound stupid feel like there nurons or metal in my head,i cant even slightly shake my head with out it bothering me.it makes me feel sick n uneasy.its has even affect my work.it does not feel like a headache it gfeels worse than that or extremly different, any suggestions on what it might be or cause?
