Ive Been Getting What Look Like Large Pimples On Forearm

ive been getting what look like large pimples on forearm which have green puss and slowly heal leaving a scar. could this be a serious std? the pimples are in the same area and I also have been getting some on my forehead in what looks almost like a line where they came in.
