I've Been Having Pains In My Stomach For About 2

i've been having pains in my stomach for about 2 days now, and it usual goes away after I eat. I've had cramps before, I've had a UTI before, and it doesn't feel like either of them. I'm not nausea. and i've notice I've been getting some what of hot flashes
