Ive Been On Suboxone Sublinguil Film 2 Strips A Day

ive been on suboxone sublinguil film 2 strips a day for 2 1/2 yrs. ive gone an taken a week off from work the 11-16th to detox cold turkey . So question is I want to know what i can do to speed the process up ? Is there any way to push it out of your system? Im hoping to be as comfortable as possible! ive already done alot of research just lookin for another opinion pls? thank you
