I;ve Been On Testerone Replacment Therapy Since March Of This

i;ve been on testerone replacment therapy since march of this year,2 shots a week,the levels have come up very good to the 350mark from very low,my endocrinologist in setauket long island is doing a great job but in my recent bloodwork the sex hormone hasn't moved from 12...at te start my doctor said severe hypogondism(spelled wrong probably)and testicular...so the tetesterone was low like 35 and now 350 but i want to know why before i go see her again on 8/8/16,why hasen't the sex hormone come up at all and what is the sex hormone anyway,thanks.
