I've Been Sick With A Cold For A Few Days

i've been sick with a cold for a few days but today can barely lift my head as my head aches so bad. it is a throbbing head ache that is super bad in my neck and pulsating over my entire head. the other symptom today is my thread is gurgling when I exhale. my cough is not too bad today
