I've Got My Chest X-ray Now. Suspicious Densities Are Noted

i've got my chest x-ray now. suspicious densities are noted in the right upper lobe it says. suggest apicolordotic view. i never drink alcohol and smoke in my entire life. doctor please explains this findings on my x-ray. thank you so much in advance.
