Ive Got Some Split Skin Spots Just Beneath My Nose

ive got some split skin spots just beneath my nose and the same in my nostril, is there a way to find out what that might be?
also ive got a pimple like spot in my pubic area, and it has popped before, that left what looked like a hole after it was completely drained, its is sensitive to touch sometimes.
