Ive Had Chest Pain In My Upper Chest Mainly In

ive had chest pain in my upper chest mainly in the right side it . Its aching sometimes a little sharp also my right arm goes numb. It got kinda bad last week and i went to the hospital and they keep me over night they ran blood tests ekgs and stress test and my heart appears fine, but i continue to have chest pains mainly when i lay down at night to sleep but sometimes during the day as well its causing me to lose sleep and its must uncomfortable. what is itand how can i make it go away YYYY@YYYY
