Ive Had Problems With My Hands Ankles Numb Fingers Painfull

ive had problems with my hands ankles numb fingers painfull knees , bleeding liver, bleeding kidneys, extremely painfull bouts of chest pain that last for up to 5 days, headaches when im tired or its sunny , sudden loss of energy, i have a heart problem also, blood tests always show up auto imune,lupus has been mentioned many times then the hot flushs and waking up time and time again though out the night and it was then menapausal ,. but my heart condition has always bin the bigger concern and the stuff above seems to be ignored, but now my daughter is on her third pregnancy and she again is having auto imune flagging up......is my symtons lupus and have i given it to my daughter???
