I've Had Several Colonoscopies; The Preparation For Them Has Gone

i've had several colonoscopies; the preparation for them has gone from awful to not. I am going to a new dr. now and he uses the "go-lytely" system. I have used one with another dr. that was basically over the counter products.... no gallons of liquids, but using colace, or a generic like that.
can you provide me with the short prep recipe?
