Ive Had What I Think Is An Absess In My

ive had what i think is an absess in my gums for a while now, lately its been hurting and so ive been trying to squeeze it out; now if i jump or do anything to cause vibration in my mouth i can feel it affecting my gums in that same spot. today when i got home it looked like the pocket welnt away but now theres a hole thats dark red and idk how it got there didnt feel any pain its just kind of.. there. i hope this doesnt progress i dont even know what this is
