I"ve Had What The Dr. Thought Was A Yeast Infection

i"ve had what the dr. thought was a yeast infection from taking farxiga. I have a lot of itching. have used ofc suppositories for about 6 mo. it helped but I also have itching. which I take a cream for itching and it helps. however I still have the itching and today I noticed a smearing of blood on my panties. what can this be. should I go to my regular family doctor or should I see a gyn?
