Just Burned Both My Hands On My Wood Stove. One

just burned both my hands on my wood stove. One hand is painful but I don't think it's to bad but the other one looks like when you sear a piece of meat when you first put it in a pan to sear, it gets that funny white color. Is there something I can do at home?
