Just Got My Pap Smear Report And It Says That

just got my Pap Smear report and it says that PREDOMINANCE OF COCCOBACILLI CONSISTENT WITH SHIFT IN VAGINAL FLORA. I dont know what does that mean and my gynecologist didn't bother to explain to me further.. it also says that i had a MILD INFLAMMATION, INCLUDES TYPICAL REPAIR,. Please help me to understand this result because I dont know what's happening to me. Thank you in advance
