K I Haven't Had My Period In Three Months I

k I haven't had my period in three months I have taken test for pregnancy but the thing is I've been fixed for 7 years but at first I was bloated for like a week and a half then now I can't seem to sleep on my stomach it hurts too what could be causing. This???
