l have 7.9cm left adnexal cyst with internal echoes and no other abnormalities. the cyst was discovered when l did an pelvic ultrasound scan for a 1st episode of protracted bleeding during my period. l have no pain. l am 30 years old and have no kids. am about to get married. my gynae had suggested a laparoscopy but am not keen. she has since done some tumor markers which she said were all normal.what does internal echoes mean? worried...
