Last Friday And Saturday I Was Felt Dizziness For Almost

last Friday and Saturday I was felt dizziness for almost whole day sometime light but 2-4 times heavy.
Saturday doctor told for Blood & Urine test and everything was normal, doctor gave some allergic tabs and nothing else.
but I want ask reason behind this even I'm health & diet concious doing jogging in morning and Gyming at night.
