Last Monday I Was Letting My Dogs Outside They Pulled

last Monday I was letting my dogs outside they pulled and I fell straight onto my butt. I felt it in my hips and back. it's been a week and still hurts when getting up or down. I have very small bruising since day one. my tailbone and back hurts the worse. I am now getting sick, with diarrhea and wanted to make sure it doesn't have to do with my injury.
