Last Evening I Ve Been Scratched By My Pet Dog

last evening I ve been scratched by my pet dog by his rough foot pads while playing.The dog is vaccinated and even i too ve taken a single shot of anti-rabies post a scratch around six months back.Do i need to take another shot or the previous one will help and what is the risk of rabies from scratch (without bleeding)?
