last few weeks, feeling quite bloated, uncomfortable, constipated and a distended stomach. I do not have bowel movements on a daily basis depending on what is consumed. Recently did not have bowel movement for 3 days and needed to take a gentle laxative which did help. Yesterday, drank a smoothie with chia seeds, drank more water than usual and had a couple of BM. Ate cereal, coffee, and a yogurt today with watermelon pieces and grapes. Feel better, but a little blah.
