Last Month I Have Checked My Sgot Level Is 70

last month I have checked my sgot level is 70 iu/l and this month after a gap of 30 days it is 120 iu/l, all other parameters such as serum bilirubin, crp and cbp and cholesterol have nothing adverse and are at normal ranges only except the above said sgot level. pl let me know my levels and is there any problem with that levels. Moreover, I have gained weight 4 kgs in an year .
