Last Month I Had My Periods On 3rd And On

last month i had my periods on 3rd and on day 3 i had siphene 100 but in the follicular study scan my follicles have not developed. this month i had my periods on 11th oct and i have been adviced to take siphene 150 from day 3 to day 7 and aliver es from day 8 to day 18.
Please suggest will this help to get pregnant this cycle.
