Last Month On I Had The Worst Period Ever. I

last month on I had the worst period ever. I am 44 years old. I was in so much pain, I could barely walk, if felt as of I just had a baby or something. I bled so much. I have started again today and I am scared that I might go through the same thing I did last month. I need advice.
