Last Night I Became Ill. Started With An Acidic Feeling

last night I became ill. started with an acidic feeling in the back of my throat. I eventually ended up vomiting emptying my stomach of everything I had eaten. this was followed by slight diarrhea, cold sweats, and then fainting in the hall way and collapsing. my wife set me up on the couch where I vomited once more.
