Last Night After Dinner I Had Difficulty Standing Up. I

last night after dinner I had difficulty standing up. I am having pain in my right lower back/ hip (above buttock). Painful when standing,walking and trying to get in bed. had to sleep sitting up. Using old crutches off and on to move about. been sipping on warm water and soup. noticeable discomfort in my back when I ate ice cream today.
