Last Night, I Found A Scratch On My Leg And

last night, i found a scratch on my leg and i remember awhile ago our puppy bump at my leg coz i was holding a food. there was a little blood on my scratch should i be worried of getting rabies, my puppy is 3 mos. old and was not yet given a shot. How would I know if scratch is made by her teeth or paws? Im 20 years old.
