Last Week I Had Chronic Dermatitis. Although Its Better Now,

last week i had chronic dermatitis. although its better now, inside my nose has yellow liquid then forming into a crust. feels the inside of the nose is a little swollen too. everytime i remove the crust, it would either have a little blood or mainly yellow liquid then forming back again. any advice to heal it? thank you
