Last Week I Noticed A Lump Under The Head Of

last week i noticed a lump under the head of my penis, after searching google it would appear to be Penile lymphocele. But the past couple of days i have noticed a small brownish stain on the palm of my right hand, nowhere else and its also only small, just wondered if the two were related?
