Last Week My Brother Had A Massive Stroke . He

last week my brother had a massive stroke . He is still in ITU . Yesterday he started to open his eyes after being sedated for a week , today his eyes were a bit wider but not focused , there is still no reaction to us talking to him . We noticed tears rolling down , what does this mean please?
