last week my si joints have been inflamed. I had injured my back shovelling a few years back and since then it flares up. I've been under a fair bit of stress last couple of months with caught getting married and my father having bee diagnosed with lung cancer Nd surgery. I woke I woke up in bed this morning, rolled over and felt dizzy. Then got up, went to the washroom, had a bm, was wiping myself and then almost passed out. Felt sweaty after that. No pain in arms, no facial droop either.m worried it may be signs of heart or just sudden onset of vertigo dye to stress.
