Last Wk While Cutting A Fruit I Cut My Finger

last wk while cutting a fruit i cut my finger slightly. No big deal. But it took a while to close because I cook a lot etc and its been closed for a few days but it feels like there is a bumps, its tender to touch, like a hard bump in the middle, and red and a little swollen.
