Last Year In Feb My Wife Was Pregnant, But Due

last year in feb my wife was pregnant, but due to low quantity of fluid baby died in the womb just two days before the due date. my wife is again one month pregnant now and doctor has suggested to take lonopin injection (enoxaparin) for nine months. is it good ? please advise.
